  • Name a feature in your MKV that has never been used

With cars coming with so many gadgets and gizmos these days, I thought it would be interesting to list some of the features in your MKV that you havent used or don't think you would use.

    For me, its the following

    - Chilled glove box
    - Bottle opener (I never remove it from the car and I am not going to open a bottle in the car)
    - Headlight washers (I don't have these on my Jetta but I have them on my Murano and never use them)

    What about you guys?

If you had the headlight washers (ie you had bi-xenons) you don't have a choice as the headlight washers are automatic.

Don't know about the MKV as I don't have HIDs but my Murano has a headlight washer button and isn't automatic.

I've used everything except the sunglasses holder, and thats only because my sunnies wont fit in there.

Actually, ive never used Winter Mode. what a stupid feature to put in.

I haven't used all the boot space in the Jetta yet! LOL! I have filled it enough once that it stopped the echo though.

Foglights... although I get the urge to put the rear one on when being tailgated, it would probably just make things worse though so I don't.

The 12v outlet in the boot, the 12v outlet in the front and the ashtray.

I tried the extending armrest in the front once but haven't used it since.

I am yet to use the window/mirror demisters (only got the car in November) and the horn. Emergency braking stuff (I forget all the acronyms) has been used once (2 semi-trailers went though a redlight and I couldn't see them because of trees and the bend in the road) and I will hopefully never use the airbags.

I can't think of anything else I haven't used and that I won't use at all.

The bottle opener saved us at work's xmas party last year until more people showed up with bottle openers.
