Jetta TFSI brakepads...suggestions?

I put wax on the alloy wheels (Turtle Hard Shell Wax) during Christmas time. One week on and the wheels are much cleaner than ever before, it should be easier to wash them as well.

I asked the dealer to look at all the discs and pads at my 30000 km service,and they are all perfect.
This is good,as they had to be changed every 30000 km on my previous TS Astra.
