I noticed an option for a small rubbish bin that can fit into the front door side pockets where the drink bottle goes. Anyone know where I can get one or something similar?

Cut off plastic bottles and plastic bags are not going to be cluttering the clean uncluttered interior of the Golfwebsite: www.my-gti.com

however, did you buy a Ferrari??
if you didn't, why waste 100 dollars on a bin that will fit 1 empty drink bottle.
if you don't want clutter, take your rubbish with you when you get out....it's not that hard. i'd much rather do that than leave a bag of rubbish in my car!

Gentlemen, gentlemen, please!
I need to find something that will do the job and can be sealed. A cut drink bottle or plastic bag won't do. I need something that can stay in the car for a couple of days before being tipped out. Being sealed, it won't look as messy or out of place. It will only be used to store discarded paper.

And if you read my post I have been trying to obtain these cheaper from overseas! I would pay $80-100 for two of the bins.

I suppose with boogers you could stick them on the headlining and pick them off when you get to your destination, me I would rather put them into a refuse container for later disposal.website: www.my-gti.com

CatonaPC's car is a Golf TDi Pacific, i assumed your's was the same.
and more's for you. yes, more expensive!.......unless you are one of these idiots that compare your top of the line car with a base model car of another brand....here's another one for good measure
- $100 is expensive for a bin and not worth it, no matter what car you're in
- i put the rubbish on the seat next to me until i get out, i'm never in the car long enough to need a rubbish bag.
- i don't pick my nose, i'm civilised and use a tissue!Last edited by RhysQ; 27-11-2008, 02:35 PM.
