Headlight Protection

Have been looking around for headlight covers for the Jetta and can only seem to locate smoked covers. Does anybody know where I might be able to get hold of some clear ones?

I have a few sets of clear ones i brought in as a sample product from germany. Im not going to be stocking them cos im not overly happy with the product so looking to just offload them cheaply.

best time is probly if you can make it to one of the monthly pub meets we have in south melb. i could bring them along for you to see before you hand over such a large sum of money!

The other option (which is what I had done along with the front of the car etc) is to use paint protection film.

Because it's a headlight you have to use the Venture by 3M film and not the 3M film as that one discolours.

A few places you can buy these from are www.ducoscratch.com.au who I used for my car and can recommend, www.theracingroom.com.au whom someone I know used and can recommend and one in Melbourne www.ozcozzi.com.au who suck because they never bother to quote despite a number of phone calls and numerous emails but others have recommended them.

Personally I used to use the acylic style ones on all my cars but I hated the look of them and when you washed it trying to clean under them. The Golf IMO looks pretty crappy with the acylic protection on as it really ruins the clean lines.

Volkswagen do. I haven't seen the normal manufacturers like Auger that make the ones for Holden and Ford produce them for the MK5.
