Which brand of petrol does everyone use on their R32?

Obviously it takes 98RON, but is there a big difference between the brands?

In my old car i just pumped at Safeway servos because i had dockets, but is their 98 Vortex any good?

I was thinking of using Shell V-Power.

My GTI likes BP Ultimate from the Wellington Rd servo.

We always used the premium from that servo in the karts as well, and never had a fuel problem. Had problems with shell and mobil in the karts. Sometimes were forced to use the others due to designated fuel suppliers for a particular event.

I find mine seems to like BP Ultimate over Vortex 98 for some reason.

                      Cool thanks for the tips.

Anyone know the cost of the compartment tray rear parcel shelf? Looks like a cool addition to store all the car cleaning products

Now.... you need to start saving your money to pay for the fuel your going to use over the 1st few weeks, worry about extras later

Actually there is a bit of room in the polysytene foam around the spare tyre for small bottles and wipes etc.

                            62L x 1.49 = $92.38

                            Or more usually: 50L x 1.49 = 74.50.

You can use 95 if driving easy, ie, Melb to Syd so a VW mech advised me.
