          Is it really accurate? Or just a fun program to play with? do you have to have a jphone jack to hook it in or not neccessary to be linked to the car?

            I was gonna say.. 116mph is like what you would see out of a ~11 sec car..

              It depends on how good the accelerometer is and how accurate the software calculates everything. It works the same as a Gtec, everything is calculated on a gforce vs time basis.

                I think its very accurate if you set it up as instructed. Mine is mounted in a totally fixed position facing directly forwards.

                Every time I do a run if it feels slightly faster or slower than the previous it is reflected in the times.

                  very interesting read. i had my doubts on the accuracy - but a friend of a friend has a dc5 integra (modded) which was +/- 2% error vs his dyno reading. confirms my doubts. awesome stuff.
