Mod time, suggestion

Hey guys I have a mk5 2.0 tdi 6spd manuel
I'm due to get the timing done and get a tune/egr delete I was thinking of doing some other work before I take it down this is what I have in mind

Complete straight through exhasut
Cold air intake (not sure worth it?)
Intercooler upgrade
Hard pipe upgrade
Race pipe (egr removal)
Are these good upgrades to do or any other you guys would suggest
