Thanx for that info, I allready needed to replace the rear shocks as there was a knocking sound and oil leak so I bought some Bilsteins and problem solved.I want to do a lot of the work myself as the local dealer service dept crew wear Armani suits and charge accordingly.Also the local vw guru Andrew Robinson is busy as his reputation would suggest.check Facebook.anyhow it’s in the garage and my 147 tiguana gets the daily use, as I see it this is a collectors car. So before we run out of fossil fuels,I want to love it to death, and learn how to fix it.
