    Short answer: yep.

Long answer: I paid $400 for mine with a stage 1 tune, and it transforms the car - though you've got to bear in mind that it puts more stress on the engine and consumables (i.e. I needed to replace my spark plugs and coils pretty much straight away). I think they retail in Aus for closer to $750 now, and for that price I'd be tempted to spend a bit more and get a proper dyno tune from somewhere like UGP or eTuners. If you can get it cheap - and if you don't feel like spending top dollar for APR/Revo upgrades or dyno tuning - it's a no-brainer.

I paid $660 for mine 160,000km ago. It's a generic "one size fits all" tune so the engine isn't that stressed. The extra torque is wonderful.

If you intend to chase more power after that then I'd look at something a bit more focused.
