IMO those techart's look cheap and horrible. it looks as though someone has got a CSA or Speedy rim, sprayed it mostly black and added $900/wheel to the price. The BBS CH are a clear leader but as already said, are common amongst tuned dubs and originality is a great thing to achieve. i don't mind the Oettinger's but i see them as being a bit bland, aren't they the same ones that Guy has on his red APR GTI. they aren't really something you would say "wow, look at those rims, i want a set of them!".

p.s. who am i to judge rims....i have a set of Advanti 17's on my car... (i bought the car with them and no i would never pick them!)
