Hi all,
As my R is now on me the 2nd owner and has full service history I just want peace of mind so as part of my preventative maintenance (have already done engine and dsg service myself) i will be doing
Front diff oil change (bevel box its called?)
Rear diff oil
Haldex fluid change and filter
NOW from what I have read while Im changing the haldex oil and filter is to clean the oil pump?
Has anyone tackled this? Noticed they can get really filthy. Also how much did you pull it part to clean. Some volvo owners with haldex have pulled apart the whole pump housing cleaning the magnets and circuitry? Suppose if oil has seeped into the pump it would warrant it?.
