LH Mirror Repeater Lens - replaceable?

Wife had a very slight altercation with a pole in the GTI, bumped and swung the LH mirror back but in the process has cracked/broken the indicator lens. Rest of the mirror is fine, no marks on the painted cover or anything. Can anyone tell me if the lens is available as a separate part?

If youre an adventurous DIYer then replacing them isnt so difficult. You do need to remove a couple of torx screws along the way and it involves removing the whole outer mirror casing which just clips off. You just need to know how to unclip it. thats the tricky part. Same with the mirror glass. I certainly wouldnt try it without some instructions in front of you if youre doing it for the first time. There are probly a million and one walkthroughs on the net on how to do it. But if anyone needs a PDF on the procedure i think i have one somewhere at home on the lappy. Just email me and i can shoot it through to you

Just an update on this, replaced the indicator assy, piece of cake to do (love VW engineering!!!) and only $33 trade from VW parts!
