Polo Wheels?

Looking at replacing the rims on a MK4 Golf.

Will a set of 2006 Polo GTi wheels - 16 x 6.5 with 43 offset - fit on a MK4?

Apparently the Polo has a 5x100 stud pattern the same as the MK4.
