Also keep in mind, I can't exactly keep it from rotating that easy, if at all, half the output housing has fallen off, the internal gears are minced and most of the hosing has moved away from the main section...

The the heads of the prop bolts are atthe back. strap wrench on the propshaft while undoing the bolts?

Hopefully you will be up and running now. I did some searching and it sounds like the controller could be an issue from what you were telling us the other day. I have hopefully included the link below. As I mentioned I have a spare controller sitting in the garage if you need it.

Thanks, I haven't gotten to the haldex just yet, ensuring everything else is working well before hand.

I have a cas sensor coming tomorrow, for the codes it's throwing, hopefully it's just a sensor and not the tensionsers, however the engine seems quite rough when reving at low rpm, probably not a good sign...

I would also appreciate a photo if anyone has in, of the pipes between the firewall and intake, there is a clip or two in my bora that seems to have no pipes in them, it's the V6 model, so hopeing there isn't a pipe missing altogether

Fair enough. I just hope the Haldex isn't locking up as described in that post and putting extra pressure on the bevel box.
