New here…
After struggling with the search function, looking for some help.
The wife has a Golf 1.6 Auto 105,000kms – and yes – the transmission has already been replaced a while back!!!
Wondering if you could point me in the right direction to find out:
a) what type of auto trans fluid is specified
b) where I can check the level
c) any sensible procedures for a flush
I’ve just finished the auto transmission flush on my Volvo V70R (which is supposedly sealed for life) – and it was through forums like these that I avoided paying $116 for 4 litres of Volvo trans fluid!!
