  • Inner Front CV Boot Replacement

I have recently had my vehicle in to the Stealer to have a timing belt done.
An inspection report came back saying I need both inner front CV Boot replacement.
Car only has 120k but i'm guessing this is a fairly common issue.
I am trying to avoid costly repairs with the car, so am asking the forum if I should stump up and get them fixed ASAP.
    Thanks for any tips.

Yeah, they're kinda important. If they're split, they're letting the grease out and the crap in.

The boots themselves aren't too dear.

      Cheers Umai.
Is it worth replacing any control arm bushes or suspension bushes while they are doing the job?

Itd be worth looking at the lower control arm bushes.

Shafts are easy to take out and if your cluey you can do then youself if not get a local mechanic do them. I got both done for $80 from a mate.
