Bora V6 Belt or Chain

Hi All, hoping you BORA owners might be able to help.
I have a 2002 Bora 2.8 V6 4Motion at 156,000KM's. Just checking the books and noticed the Toothed Belt & Toothed Belt tensioner for camshaft is to be renewed at 90,000KM's. The service books show that this hasn't been done yet. Then I read online that this model has a chain not a belt. Do you know which is correct?

Chain ,there for life, so VW say.Just replace the guides when it gets noisy.I've seen them over 300,000 and still quiet.
