  • Turbo dump pipe

Ok, well im in the market for a turbo dump pipe. somthing that will basically go from the turbo to the stock exhaust.

Is there any cheap way of getting one/having one made.
Im just not that keen to pay ~$900 for one. I dont need one that is fancy looking or anything like that. afterall, its not like anyone will be seeing it much.

This is one of the next things i have to look at i think. i figure gains are to be had from intake and exhaust.

Give castle hill exhaust a call - they did mine and it's perfect. Probable looking around the $3-400 mark. They do my familys exhaust work, including my old mans 11sec car. They have built numbers quick cars and their workmanship is second to none!

I did the dump pipe plus a high flow 200 cell cat. I got a good cat with further upgrades in mind and I think all up I paid around the $800 mark. For $350 It would stop at the cat.

There Are turbo Downpipes on Ebay US they are Megan 2.5" units, including shipping and landed cost NZ$280 - $340, dependant on exchange rate. So you could get one of those shipped to Aussie, you just have to bend the HEat shield but the DP out the way abit, Stainless grows when it gets hot so it sometimes starts tapping on the rear cross member.
