Iv found all tyres do. I think that's why some cheaper brands get a bad rap, where in actual fact they are ok. I remember reading about a particular brand (maybe the contis I use to run) about as you reach different points of wear in the tyre how performance, wear speed, and noise changes.
They actually had multiple wear markers to indicate this.
Nothing beats fresh rubber. I just went from Pirellis to Kumho to bct, same size tyre, same wheels, same alignment in the last couple of months.
The bct win hand down, I'd say purely because they were fresh (1month after manufacturing or something)
