Removal of Drivers door panel in Mk4 GTI

Hi All, Can someone please assist with instructions on how to remove the door panel on my MK4 GTI as I have tried but scared of breaking clips, door pull etc.

Easy - sorry I don't have pictures which would make it easier - for the first time anyway.

DRIVER SIDE
1) Pull out the little 10cmx2cmx2cm rubber piece from behind the door handle (pull towards the outside of the car).
2) Unclip the entire handle/window switch assembly by pulling up on the entire thing, it's held in by clips. Undo the connector.
3) Undo 3x large Philips screws behind the door handle
4) Undo Torx screws at bottom of door card
5) Pull door card off, starting from the bottom - it's held on by 3x plastic clips each side
6) Unclip all the wiring connectors and the inner door latch cable (it's a simple hook in a hole)

OTHER DOORS
1) Unclip handle trim, undo screws under there
2) Undo screws on bottom
3) Unclip just like the drivers door

On my old Mk4 most of the plastic door panel clips had perished causing an annoying rattling in the sound system - consider ordering some replacements before you set about the job - available cheap on ebay, ~$15 for 20. Make sure they are the Mk4 specific ones, the Mk5&Mk6 clips look remarkably similar, but are about 1-2mm too slim and too long, so they won't work

Hi mate, Thanks for your help. I removed the door card today, didn't break anything thanks to people's help. I am now trying to remove inner panel but think i need to remove glass before I go any further. Hope to find out why the window is rattling when down and also fix micro switch for door light etc. Any ideas about window rattle would be appreciated.
