Just as an update, it's doing it again now.
Drops down to 600rpm after high boost and WAY more jolty, even compared to before I took the power steering switch off.
It has a brand new coolant sensor (first thing I tried) and it cannot adapt any throttle body. Took it to Volkwerk and had a go with a brand new throttle body - with the same results.
Gets to about %30 open and comes up with an error on ross-tech (and yes we used the right block
). It does it with any throttle body.
