    Hey guys,

    Wondering if any 1.8t agu people ordered a rad hose kit. If so, from where and which one.

    Ecs has kits that are for aww or awm etc engines, not sure which suits our Agu
    '02 GTI (clicky) - REFLEX SILVER - VIEZU race tune. VAR design 2.5inch stainless steel dump pipe with 100cell cat into 2.5" billyboat stainless cat back, Forge TIP, N75, Audi DV, ghetto CAI, FK-AK s coilovers, tunerdone LEDs, Clarion CZ301E sound stage.

      I'm a bit in 2 minds about silicone hoses. They slowly let coolant seep out. On the other hand it's hard to find good quality rubber hose kits at a reasonable price.

        Where do you reckon it seeps from? Got the Samco kit on my Polo, no evidence of leaks. Only fitted them as they were given to me during a trade. Otherwise I'd not have bothered.

          I've used samco hoses in several vehicles including competition and I've never seen them weep/leak/lose pressure other than obvious failure and or loose fittings ....
