I'm guessing it'd be custom made kit or you'd have to butcher a generic kit to fit.
Scissor doors are illegal as the car will not longer conform to ADR safety and design standards. This would likely be due the adverse affect such a mod would have on occupants safety in a crash. There would also be complications with the sealing of the door and health concerns if it wasn't installed correctly. You'd have to get it certified by an engineer, but I doubt any actually would.
Either way, it could easily cost you as much as a bora to get it all done.
Anyway, even if they weren't illegal, they should be socially illegal to do because they are tacky, overdone and useless. It's not the 2Fast2Furious era of 2002.

The scissor door kits open like a standard door, then the gas strut takes over and lifts the door up, so you'd still need room to open the door some way.
Just buy an old lambo and be done with it.
