Also has anyone tried the stock TT one from ECS?
Stock feel but shorter would be nice but I guess the TT shifter will not reduce sideways shift

the clutch isn't part of the gearshift so it doesn't change/get affected, it is the amount of movement in the stick inside the cabin, so you move it a shorter distance to get from 1st to 2nd etc

Definitely worthwhile. I have the dieselgeek in my gti and cant imagine not having it in there now.

Audi TT shifter from ECS is great. Makes changing gears much more enjoyable around town

ive owned a couple of manuals in the past i've short shifted.. Mostly its been good, can occasionally have gating issues.

I dont really find the gti box too sloppy though.

do we have the shifter cable end or the ball and socket?

Have had a diesel geek on my gti since I bought it, one of my first mods, definitely worth while, shifts feel more mechanical and responsive and smaller through is nice
