I've got the same problem LOL
But don't have the money to fix it haha
I worked out that my front sway bar bushes are rooted, which are creating the squeak
But can only really be heard when its hot (30-45deg) (Bloody Adelaide Weather) or going over bumps

Hasn't bothered me for quite a while now either because i sprayed some oil on them to keep them lubricated or my recent install of a sound system Either way it doesn't bother me too much now.

    Cheers Nathan

Ic I've had this problem for quite a while now and its driving me crazy..
It seems like the sound is coming from the top of my suspension...like top struts but not sure. The sound is only heard when ever I
go over humps usually or going down and coming out of a driveway.
I've replaced the lower control arms and sway bar bushings but the sound is still there. So now I want to take the suspension out and
figure out what the problem might be but I dont have the tools for it.

Jack the front up, if the front struts drop down, replace the top bushes.

I've jack the car and had a look but the struts were ok I think it... didn't drop as you said.
So why does the sound come from the top of the suspension dont really know...or am I mistakenly judging the source of the location?

Normally to tell if the strut top bushes are flogged out there will be a BIG gap between the tower and the top hat (look in your engine bay while the car is parked on level ground with the wheels straight)
The strut top bearings can also make noise
