    thanks for that mate!

I pulled up at the lights today behind a black v6 Bora 4motion. the only thing that I thought looked strange is the head rests ? they have HUGE head rests?

sadly he accelerated like a grandma so that was a bit disappointing but they certainly look nice overall. the pumped guards from factory really suit the current style that is popular with stance fitment yo wheels haha

      open or closed headrests?
I swapped my seats to the later closed ones and they are much nicer

How do people go with baby seats in the Bora's??
we had a look at one that was parked on the side of the road for sale and the rear leg room is amazingly small haha
was a 2.0 for $3200 in the dark blue and cloth interior

I have 2 x baby seats in back of my 4 mo. The upright one is fine for the 5 year old, I do have to have my drivers seat slightly forward though but not too bad. The main issue is the rear wood facing seat for the 9 month old. Front passenger seat has to be right forward and my wife is pretty cramped in the front. At the end of the day it's only a small golf sized car, not a bombadore!

              for sure mate,
our boy is 1yo next week and faces forward so thats no dramas,
we are downsizing from a 4 door skyline which is surprisingly roomy with a pathetic boot and terrible fuel economy
options are Audi a4 b5, Passat b5 and the Bora v5, has to be auto(her requirement)
Guess when the time is right we will just have to do some test driving and fitting and see what one fits the bill the best

              Thanks

You can try the seat in the back of our A4 if you like.

I drive a v5 manual and have had few problems with it; one coil-pack, one CV joint (car has been lowered), a few trim bits not looking so great and the paint is starting to go in a couple of spots.

I love it though, plenty of pep (though I havn't driven the Auto version) and it looks great with a set of wheels and a little low. Massive boot and I have had 3-4 6+ foot tall people in there at once and its been fine.
                        Dan!

My wife is 5'2" I am 6 foot.

Plenty of room while my wife drives.
Over all I am happy with the bora, just driving around torquay every day kills the fuel
