Fault codes, please help

My tiptronic has stopped working in my 01 bora v5 (automatic)...i also notice a bump when it changes from 2nd to 3rd gear.. i took it to a auto transmission specialist and asked whats causing this.

in return he scanned for errors and came across the following:

Trans:
0123 shift selector locking solenoid (W110)
01045 Tiptronic switch (F189)

Engine
17837 - Circuit for break vacuum pump : open circuit
16518 - Oxygen sensor B151 No activity

Car still runs fine but occasionally has the 'bump' from 2nd to 3rd
Who can fix this for me and how much will this be?

Hi mate with the code 01045 (Tiptronic switch), the possible cause of fault is wiring open circuit (Tiptronic switch F189 defective).
You need check the wiring and connections and you probably have to take your car to an auto electrician to get it checked because you
need a wiring diagram to see the connections. cheers.
