Whats this mad clicking noise? (inc vid)

when ignition is on (engine on or off) every so often i hear a clicking noise. if sounds like it is coming from behind the middle of the dash,

heater/air con related?

I put my hand inside to try to feel for vibrations, couldnt feel anythign

Probably the blinker relay/hazard light switch. Jiggle the indicator stalk, and see how you go.
