WHERE IS map cd for MFD1

can anyone tell me where i can get a whereis maps CD version 13 or 14 for my mfd1 sat nav
VW And whereis themselves are not helpful and could only sell me v18

any help would be appreciated

I've tried getting updated maps for my MFD, but they don't seem to be produced on CD. Mine are 7 - 8 years old!

Navigation Systems Australia don't seem to be able to help either.

Have you tried any good cartogrpahy state book shops.
When I did my surveying/carto subjects you can get some crazy stuff at these places.

Just curious, does anyone have the MFD1 disc they could lend Alex to copy? I'm sure gambl0r and graeme86 will chime in here with insightful information regarding this request. At least this way we can help one another

V18, im sure those will only work on the rns510 units??

All the latest units are DVD based. I'm not sure if CD's are still available.

I'm sure version 18 is available for mfd nav units. I have a version 14. I will try post a zip file which can be available for anybody soon as I get time.

I've tried to back mine up to an ISO file - V13 2006 BTW. My disc had at least 150 read errors with nero, imgburn and cyberlink. It has a few scratches, but I don't want to polish it because the disc is seemingly irreplaceable.

Yeah had some luck with a copy that a mate seems to have cracked. I'm using it now it works fine. I'd be happy to post to you please PM your address. Cheers.

At the risk of this getting out of hand, would you be able to burn me a copy as well? Happy to pay for disc/ postage/ a few beers/ jello wrestlers/ an overseas holiday etc ...
