Price on a 2000 Golf 1.6 rear bumper

Hi all,
Our 2000 Mk4 1.6 has just been rearended in a low speed crash. Looks like only the bumper needs replacing. Anyone know where I can get a new one and what sort of money we ,ight be looking at. Wondering if we will be under our Insurance excess.
