good chance , they are the same but on different sides, no difference in shape or software. Steering wheel is the same. What one you fitting? not a silly question at all, i would be more concerned on the coding in an ecu from a left hooker, some ecus dont accept new coding.

LOL mate its my strongest point imo and im colour blind too !!! only 2 colours and mild, never have needed a fire extinguisher yet lol, dont really see you have any dramas really unless for some unknown reason a really new one has a different resistance request from ecu. Ived fitted different wheels into different year models with no dramas.

Depends on the kit etc, but honestly shouldn't matter, only parts that may possibly be LHD/RHD specific might be auto ride components. But again, depends on the kit you decide to use.

Its good to know im not alone then! but im 6 colours :/ ive read up about airbag wiring but ill look into it. Would love an mk6 r wheel so im keeping my eye out atm.
