I'd start with replacing the centre console and all other woodgrain trim with that from a mk4 R32 or Bora, the silver or grey look much nicer than the woodgrain IMO. There's some Bora trim on ebay and also some nice leather seats, seller's name is Audi-veedub

clean up the fake wood/wierd plastic trims too something nicer (as SLAJ said)
some gti/bora 4mo/r32 seats if you can find them at a nice price.
LED kit (as leighaus said)
Nice headunit
Bora air vents
keep it clean and you have a nice interior

Anyone have any idea where i can pick up a brushed aluminium trim kit for a bora? preferably not to much money. Also what do you guys reckon to having the brushed finish for the console and just the delete the inserts on the doors? I have the cream interior.

Keep an eye out on ebay and such for mkiv r32 trim, just make sure its genuine, i ordered just the silver trim when i first got my car and recieved some sort of glue on crap lol.
otherwise if you wanna do the brushed alluminium look yourself there is a DIY over on vortex i think

Do you have any pics of what the garret gauge looks like? I've got a Defi gauge in mine, the gauge is awesome but the colour is slightly different to my interior, which annoys me every now and then (because i'm fussy like a girl)
