      • Nice work Neil. Looking forward to the pictures. Are you going to get it dynoed again? Sort of like a logbook for how much power gains you get out of each stage?

          • Nope - it's a daily driver. Which means I need to really plan my mods well to avoid too much down time. The weather has really gone to crap today but I promise to get some pics up shortly.

                    • Well a few days on and here's my review of the FMIC.

1st gear makes bugger all difference as traction is the biggest problem.
2nd gear comes alive a lot more but still feels a little short
3rd gear and I'm gathering speed like tomorrow was a thing of the past already.

I'm over the moon with how it's changed the car and I'm busting to whip the boost gauge back out to see what I'm pulling now. The car feels so much stronger and seems to have torque on tap. The car rapidly builds accelleration again as opposed to a more linear boring less aspirated engine.

Total cost of mod was about $900 including fitting and I am over the moon with the results. I'm going to book back into get it put back on the dyno again to see what she pulls this time around.

                      • Ok... For all you picture peoples, here's the FMIC. I haven't got the lower valance on at the moment until I do a little cosmetic surgery to it but you get the general idea. Enjoy.

What are you gonna be doing with the plastic trims that used to go over where the intercooler is now?
