Another small update, I have put an order in for my FMIC core and it should arrive next week. The dimesnions are 710 x 180 x 65mm. The guys from Castle Hill Exhaust will be doing all the piping in stainless at the same time they do my new turbo down pipe for the K04.
Once that is all fitted, I will have to baby the car around until Gavin gets himself to Sydney to tune it at wich point I'll fit the new injectors and 4 bar FPR and 3" MAF.
Later on this arvo I'm going to stick her on the Dyno to get a before reading. I already suspect a small air leak from somewhere so I'm not expecting a great result but all the piping is being replaced when I do the turbo so that should eliminate that problem.
All I have left to source will be a new turbo intake pipe. I'm still hunting for one that has a 3" in side that is suitable for the MAF. I'll probably get one from a TT225.
More updates as they follow...

Well, she went on the dyno and it was as expected. I have a pretty bad boost leak somewhere which I knew and the dyno run just re-enforced that. The results was 100kw at the wheels. Shock horror! Manifold pressure didn't even hit 12 psi in 3rd so that is quite a significant leak.
I'm not that fussed to be honest because I knew there was something up. You can hear the boost leak when you get on it but all of the piping will soon be replaced. It's a shame it wasn't running right, because I wanted a good before and after but I'm not going to go chasing down this leak when it's all about to be replaced.
Big thanks to the boys from CHE.

Well considering a stock Polo GTI put out 89kw from memory it is more than stock.
Neil, with the mods you have and no boost leak, what do you think you should've been putting down at the wheels?
Some where around 125kw mark at the wheels give or take a few.
Onto some good news, I have found an S3 dump pipe that will be modified to suit my car. K04 goodness is fast approaching! More goodies due for arrival this week.
I still need to source a S3/TT turbo intake pipe and prices for all the gaskets etc will be here tomorrow.
