From the research I have done, I'll be happy with 220HP at the wheels wich should be very doable. Anything above and beyond will be a bonus.Originally posted by WhubbsieThere is nothing better than a polo badge, thats why you will notice Veyron drivers with polo gti badges.... they know where the true sizzles at!

Just found this, a Skoda Otavia running the exact setup I will be. I'd love to say I'll get these figures but I doubt it.

I'd be very happy with that, and the delivery of that power should be nice an linear and very drivable. An LSD is the next thing on my shopping list plus some bigger breaks before I hit the trackOriginally posted by golfworx View PostI was thinking around that.
Roughly 167+kwatw or 300hp at the engine.

That's a fantastic power curve, Neil. Very drivable and would be great for competition or track work, with very good throttle control i'm guessing. Should be great!

Sorry about the crap pic, but this is the Wiechers Sport strut brace fitted:

My phone battery just died before I could sneak a shot in of the rear stress brace fitted so you'll have to be patient to see that and my wheels back on.Originally posted by WhubbsieThere is nothing better than a polo badge, thats why you will notice Veyron drivers with polo gti badges.... they know where the true sizzles at!

This golf is going in leaps and bounds Neil, well done! I love that strut brace mate, nice and straight as all strut braces should be to be effective.
Good on you and keep going with the build thread.

Ray - once I get a few other things sorted, the plan is to start doing some track days.
Andrew - thanks for the kind words. She's starting to come together, I can't wait to get the new turbo on and get it tuned now...Originally posted by WhubbsieThere is nothing better than a polo badge, thats why you will notice Veyron drivers with polo gti badges.... they know where the true sizzles at!

Why have you not done your turbo inlet pipe yet?
coming along nicely i see.
Also any reason you did not just installed the S3 strut brace. Over here they are like $100ish dollars.
Hmm, i'm still very intrigued as to how the Cruise control works on the AGU.
I still have not figured it out.Audi S4 (2001) - Imola Yellow

Look closer and you will see and ABD pipe tucked down there. The silver thing with red writing on it.Originally posted by glidn View PostWhy have you not done your turbo inlet pipe yet?
