JayJay - yes they are bigger injectors with a 4bar FPR effectively making them 440cc injectors.Originally posted by WhubbsieThere is nothing better than a polo badge, thats why you will notice Veyron drivers with polo gti badges.... they know where the true sizzles at!

Can't wait to see the pics of your new gear. Have you fitted the new TST rear strut brace yet?

Hehehehehe - I didn't tell you the whole storyThere is more planned than you know. Once it's done AFAIK, there will only be one Mk4 Golf out there with more grunt than myself if all goes to plan.
Rephrase that, I wont settle untill it is the 2nd most powerful Mk4. The aim of the day here is to have a car that has a balance of torque and power for track racing. I want a tune that will balance it out but I'm not going for a dyno queen.
The final plans will be a LSD but I'm still in mixed minds about going single mass flywheel and what clutch I'll go. That will be next thing on the agenda to hopfully be done before DoVW.Originally posted by WhubbsieThere is nothing better than a polo badge, thats why you will notice Veyron drivers with polo gti badges.... they know where the true sizzles at!

What's the issue with a single mass flywheel? I prefer them in my opinion. And i mean for any application. The Mk4 dual mass flywheel is pretty average i reckon. Same with most of them from around that era.
Good idea going for a balanced engine. Too many people get hung up on peak figures. Big peak horsepower is useless if it's curve is like a skate ramp. I'd rather have less, but have it earlier and for longer.

No shame in showing it off though. It makes you feel good and aslong as you don't get an inflated ego about it, no one else will care.
