Some more CHs on a Mk4:

But since you prefer the LMs better, how about the Work VS-XX wheel? Check out http://www.work-wheels.co.jp/, and go through their gallery, there's some pics and specs for them there. While they may be a copy in design, Work makes a very strong wheel and are very high in quality. I don't think the cost is high as the BBS LM but I've never checked for prices. Anyway, I'm not sure if the following pics are these Work wheels but they're very similar with they're multi-piece, 10 double spoke design that's slightly slanted in as the spokes approach the lips:

I'm positive the first and second pics are of the Work VS-XX. They really do have an LM-style to it, except BBS wheels don't come in those lips - I think it's typical of Work Wheels to have that style of lip. My Equips are very similar.

What do you think Neil? ; )

You could always buy second hand rims, I mean they're not new obviously but could end up costing less than half that of new rims by the end

Second hand ones have always been an option for me if the right set comes along...

We have a very limited range available here IMO.

                              Q. Where is it cheaper to import from
                              a. USA
                              b. Germany

                              Just curious...

Germany I believe, but that might have more to do with the business ethics of the country and businesses there rather than the actual postage cost. Almost everything in the states posted here has had a postage cost inflated, and I'm not just talking about eBay.

Also consider england, there are masses of dubs there sitting on fat BBS rims.
