not silly, maybe not logical, yes.
i drive it everyday, and I want some body compliance and comfort. I am crossing my fingers for these new springs and we will go from there.

    Thanks for your help!
Spring rate is the biggest problem I (currently) have with the K-Sports. I'm trying to find out what the stock spring rates are, and may see if I can get some slightly less firm springs made up (the springs have some scrapes and some rust forming on the surface now too).
    Nothing to see here...

          • Nice Trent,

I like the black VW and R badges but I need to see it in person to make a final decision on the grill and mirrors but if your going to go the black I think to get it to work you need blacked out wheels as well. There is one on Vortex that has the wheels done as well as your stuff and it looks the ducks nutz.

You could always buy my Superleggeras and powder coat them gunmetal or black Then I could buy 6 new 17" Bora Sports for rallying and have some cash left for the HANS devices

            Cheers Al

                  • Looks good- I think black wheels, roof and center of the hood would look sweet also. And vinyl would be easy to do the roof and center of hood and if you get tired of it just peel it off-unless you wanted to paint it. Happy Dubben

                      • Looks good although more aftermarket and silver and blue matches a bit better than black and blue.. nice job though, but agree you'd need black wheels if you've done the rest.

Heh you wish. There will be no selling of stock parts. They're all there cluttering up my garage.

I am not a big fan of the silver on the MkV R32 and R36 at all. One of the biggest let downs in the look of the cars in my opinion.

I'm happy with the colour of the rest of the car as is. However yeah the wheels do need some of the black.

                          Cheers,

                          • Love the black rear .:R32 badge/mirrors and blackened rims would definately match it well..

FYI - If your car goes missing, don't look in my garage.

Disclaimer: I have niether the balls or capacity to steal a car let alone a complicated piece of German engineering such as the .:R32. So unless if you give me the key, don't worry Trent.

ha, fair enough. call goes out to any other r32 owner who wants some cash for their stock rims....

ps. have to say not a big fan of the black grill for some reason... might work with other mods as suggested though.

btw. you should get some proper photos of it with the blackout you've done, no casual point and shoot stuff, come on trent
