So I was just wondering if its possible for me to take parts from a bora and place it in my mk4, cause my dads car is a write-off and just siting in the driveway. I want to take his leather steering wheel and his wood dashboard. I just want to know if the parts will fit?

Steering wheel should be sweet unless there is a change in connects across year models.
Woodgrain around the dash should be fine, except if one car has climate control and other has manual.
Rear door cards are different, but tge wood grain handles may move across pending how many doors each car has as BDS said
Steering wheel should be with some restrictions - you obviously need a three spoke airbag for a three spoke wheel, likewise for four-spokes.
Front seats almost certainly swappable. Most dash components swappable (see previous comment re manual A/C vs climate control).
OEM wheels are fine between any Mk4s, as long as you maintain caliber clearance (16" required for V6 4Motion, 17" for R32). 4Mo Bora had better brakes than any Golf other than R32.
You largely can't swap suspension parts between FWD and 4Mo cars (R32 included).
Front end body parts (forward of front doors) are swappable. Golf with Bora front end (as per Mr JLT's car) generally called a Bolf, Bora with Golf front end gets called a Gora.
