I know there's a reseller of FK kit in Sydney who import the RHD version of some of the FK headlights if you'd rather go for a local supplier. I recently asked them for a price for my own car, I'll let you know what they come back with.
there shouldnt be any need to modify tail lights as the direction doesnt matter to much, if tail lights even have a direction bias in them at all. its just headlights where its critical cos LHD lights on a RHD car will mean the lights point straight at oncoming drivers.
I think its down to fog and reverse light position. Mick

Depending on personal preference really .. depends on how you want your car to look.
