The wipers in my V5 2002 bora seems to trigger automatically even when the wiper is not on. It stops after a couple of wipes. This happens when I turn the steering. Mostly when starting the car and pulling out of parking.
Has anyone faced this issue?
Will changing the stalk fix it? Found a wiper stalk on eBay for about $50.(used)
Before selling my V5 Bora, I would like to fix it. Can anyone recommend any vw mechanics in Melbourne who would do the job if bought the stalk?
