Hi Guys,
Bought my MK4 about a month ago. Have been slowly fixing the few little broken bits on it.
One thing that is urking me is an oily smell that happens every so often. I changed the timing belt/water pump/tensioner etc last week and noticed that the cam and crank seals are seaping oil(not much) I dont think this is causing the smell, any ideas??
One last thing my temp is all over the place mainly staying way to cold, I believe this is the electronic thermostat??
