wiper motor electric plug conversion

I have a 2000 model Bora which has a small white wiper motor plug. I bought a 2004 model wiper motor and linkages, the plug (black) is different. I have received the black plug and wanted to convert it from tke old one and now notice that there are a few more wires than my older one. Does anyone know how to convert from the old (white) plug to the newer (black) plug?

please verify the colour code you have. I checked the wiring diagram for bora 2000 and Golf 2004 and they appear to have the same colour code. Golf should have :
Pin1 green/yellow
Pin2 green
Pin3 green/black
Pin4 brown (ground)

The same colour code is showing in Etka for Bora 2000 model. Pins 1,2,3 all go to the "Automatic intermittent wash/wipe relay, on relay plate "

I will check the one wiring colors tomorrow but the wire that I want to fit onto the car is:
Blue/yellow stripe
Brown / blue stripe
Brown / red stripe
Blue
Brown/blue stripe
