VW bora 2.0 rattle

Hi guys, wondering whether anyone could help me out.

I have recently noticed that i hear a slight rattle when accelerating (generally 2000-3000 rpm). Isnt their all the time though it only appears once the car warms up.

Also noticed a slight rattle from the rear of the car when taking foot of accelerator.

My thoughts is the catalytic convertor. have jacked the car up and shook the cat, no major rattle appears to be present.

Not the rear silencer on the axle or a heat shield touching somewhere?

Have checked the heat shield doesnt appear to be touching or lose. Shaken the rear exhaust no rattle can be heard
