My cruize stopped working anybody have any tips on where to start looking for the problem?
The car is a 2001 bora v6 4motion
I can't drive without it, help me please

Brake and clutch switches are part of this system, check them out. There is also a fuse, it is probably shared with dash lights or something.

Mine doesn't work because of the clutch sensor, forgot the code number but a VAG scan will show you if there is a fault.

Depending on where you are in Brisbane, I have a VCDS lead I can scan your car with. I live in Narangba and work at the airport.

When you switch the cruise on does the green light illuminate??

Definitely worth checking out brake light switch!! even though brake lights are working cruise control can be affected.

Worst case scenario maybe throttle body need to scan vehicle to be sure of things.

Heres to hoping you don't have the same dreaded speed sensor problem that im having that doesn't seem to want to go away. All though that might fix yours

What speed sensor problem are you having? My speedo stopped working a while back and that meant no cruise, problems with the air con not working, no ESP. It was a bugger to find and cost me around $500.00 to fix. It turned out to the reverse lights had shorted out and stuffed the whole system.
