  • Mk IV GTi Brake upgrades

Since the rotors and brake pads on my MkIV GTi need replacing, I'm thinking of doing a brake upgrade instead.
Id like to get some 17inch wheels for the car soon, so I'm thinking of brakes that can fit in there. Also ill be getting coilovers for the car soon so can they fit on stock suspension for the meantime?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Luke

Mk4 R32 rotors are quite hard to come by. Pads are no problem, we've got them, but they are more expensive than run of the mill pads.

The 312mm option would definitely be the best bet. We've also got the rotor required currently on a clearance sale, $171.60 per slotted rotor in DBA 4000 Series (Australia made). Normally $214.50 per rotor.

Sick of paying too much for performance brake pads? Want high performance with low rotor wear?
