  • Link extenders for sway bar

Hi all, I'm just curious if any of you know where you could get extenders so your sway bar isn't basing against the drive shaft after your car has been lowered?

I'm looking at getting a new sway bar but I thought I'd look into these too as there is little difference with a new sway bar up front - or so I've heard...

i also tryed this before fitting h&r bar trust me it dont work i hads custom ones made they were a lot longer than std, the prob is the bend over the drive shaft on the std sway bar, save your pennys and replace the bar very much worth it.

Ahh, I see. It was just an idea but now you mention it, that would probably only make the link rub against the drive shaft wich would then defeat the purpose.

Ahh well - sway bar it is. I hope my shoelaces hold in it's position for a week or two untill I get a new one.

My car doesn't run against the drive shaft with the swaybar and the links ?

In a conundrum now, will have to give Derek or Guy a call to see how much the links are as my bushes are dryer than the Gobi desert.
