Weird noise from vw bora 4 motion

Hey all my vw bora when idling is making a strange whining/screeching sound that goes on and off. Gets quite loud and doesn't change with revs. Not sure what it could be so just seeing if anyone on here knows

Anyone know? It's a hard nois to explain. I've never heard t on any other cars

On and off - maybe the AC compressor or a fan ?

Slipping belt to AC / Alternator?

I think its something with clutch as I can feel it vibrate through it I noticed today. Engine speed doesn't effect it at all. Its such a hard sound to describe. Its more of a high pitched whine

yer i would say a bearing in ac alt or tensioner.
