Thats a bumma. I saw a set on ebay go for something like 300 quid. Genuine originals ! thats crazy money. I'd be happy with some like the OP mentioned in the start of this topic.

with just a vw logo on them. $112 posted.

I had a look there earlier this week after someone else posted that link in a diff thread (might have been you anyway). The plain ones don't look too bad for $75 front pair, but was the postage that much to get it up to $112 or did you get the full set of 4?

Yeh Geoff got all 4 inc post. Quality is alright, dont think as good as what the ECS ones look like (only seen pics but)
Fit great and arrived pretty quick, should last a while, think better than standard

Cool custom carmats might be the way to go then, cos I only need fronts so that will be cheaper than your order anyway. When I looked at the ECS products I thought they were all RHD.

I have had these for a few years now. price was as above for a set of 4, fitted nicely and had OEM plastic clips to suit my round lugs.
drivers has started to show some wear at my clutch position, but think i didnt help it along by often having sandy/salty wet feet in the car.

Sure its not OEM quality, but id much rather go through two or more sets of these then pay a fortune for a genuine set
