For the exhaust: Supersprint Australia ? performance exhaust systems. Be aware that due to age, Supersprint aren't producing products for many Mk4s, you'll have to check if the R32 is included (unfortunately the Bora V6 4Motion is ).

Regarding port & polish, that might be harder. We got so few VR6 engines here comparitively that there's very few people in Australia with good experience on them in this sense. There's a company in the UK who have quite a lot of experience, they'll do port&polish work on a head-swap basis, though you're up for quite a bit of shipping...
    Nothing to see here...

Think its 2.5k for the head plus your own plus shipping so pretty expensive Rob.

Cam, give Arthur @ exoticars a call, he currently has a mk4 getting schricks/hpa mani/head work/clutch and flywheel and new tune atm. The head got sent to Lucas @ Eurospeed in Melbourne, he previously did another Mk4 that made ~175-180 awkw.

Jump onto Vwgolf.net.au and find "jig". He has an S/C mk5 and his Mk4 R32T is getting built at the moment.
He has supersprint headers on his MkV, might be able to put you in contact with his supplier (Id guess Ramspeed but not sure....)

Install cost is around the 1k mark (well my Milltek was around these parts).

Personally, dont bother with the port and polish until you get some 272 bump sticks to throw in there and get it all to complement each other, then tune after.

Yep schooner is right...... dont bother with head porting, i am runnin the R32 head on a 2.8 that was running on a 900hp turbo2.8 from 034motorsport which has no porting but has bigger cams with titanium retainers..Milltek headers are also the way togo.

Leave the heads alone they flow brillantly

Sweet thanks for all this guys, it's good to know, I was thinking about going down the road of miltek over supersprint however I read on some American forum that the stock manifolds are square so therefor the exhaust outlet on the head would be square?? And the supersprint are also square, where as the miltech are circular, and I'm guessing would restrict flow, Is this the actual case? And I apologies if my terminology isn't right :/
          Cheers

Last time I looked a while ago Supersprint only make LHD headers for R32.

They DO NOT fit RHD cars so beware.
PM if you are looking for: R32 rear sway bar; R32 suspension springs; Euro Headlight switches

Dave (xc71td on the forums I think?) has a Supersprint system on his Mk5 R32. Sounds brilliant. It might be worth enquiring about, I much prefer the sound of the Supersprint over the Miltek for the R32
